I had a very good experience with one of the staff. I had a bracelet that broke and they exchanged it for a new one. Very helpful. The reason I only have it 3 stars was bc they were having a sale and since they decided I was exchanging I couldn't get the sale price even though it was like buying a new item except I had a credit. I found this very not nice. If you go to any other non jewishly owned store they would've honored the sale price. It really wasn't nice.

I drove in over 2 1/2 hours to come here. Paula was amazing and so helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and kept me in my budget (I went over , but that was completely me?). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable . They were well stocked with inventory and I felt like I had a nice choice . Definitely worth the trip in! I will be back!
