Lewis came over the same day I called to see why my TV was not turning on. He was an extremely nice man. Figured out the problem in 10 minutes. He even showed me how to replace the part myself so I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back saving me time and money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has anyTV or stero problems. So worth the very small fee he charged to come over.

Lewis was very professional and such a nice guy. I brought my TV in and he diagnosed the problem right in front of me showing me the issue. Then he went the extra mile to call the service dept, on speaker, to get me the prices on the part I needed. I would definitely recommend him. ?

Lewis knows his stuff. If you need your TV fixed quick, he's your guy. If for some reason you need your TV fixed by someone who cordial, try somewhere else.

I called on Sunday about 2:00 expecting to leave a message and Lewis answered the phone, came right out, took my tv, repaired it and returned it within two hours. Price was reasonable and Lewis is such a nice man. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and would recommend him to everyone. I have never had such wonderful and speedy service from a repair company.

I called this company told them what’s wrong with my tv and they said they couldn’t give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix that problem if that is the issue

Also known as Lakewood tv repair. Sometimes might be hard to get him on the phone but Luis was honest and quick. Dropped off a 65" LG that started having trouble. $50 for the estimate which goes toward the repair, was contacted later in the day with the issue and long story short had him order the part and fix. I believe it was done in a week's time. He even dropped it off as he was coming by my area that day. I highly recommend this guy (business). Fair pricing.

Wouldn't recommend this place unless you like inconsistent communication Being talked down to and even yelled at on occasion. Seriously not a good company to do business with their service vehicle tells all you need to know about taking pride in what they do.

Like other reviews below this place is completely unprofessional and rude.They yell at there customers. Hang up often without completing the conversations. Not sure why anyone would chose to use this company. Beware they are the LG authorized Rep LG should find another company to use. The guy even admits he often gets told he yells at customers but he doesn't see he has a problem. His Van is something from a junk yard all rusty and dented the paint is all flaking off. Please see the picture and ask yourself if this is a company you'd choose to do business with. This TV was purchased from Costco and LG and months later after working with Lakewood TV stereo and repair still no resolution or working TV

Lewis was wonderful! My LG tv is a little over 5 years old and needed the backlight replaced. Lewis was able to have it fixed and returned to me in less than 3 days. He even came to pick up the tv and dropped it off when it was done! Very friendly very knowledgeable. I recommend 100%.

If I could give them a ZERO star I would !!!! Extremely rude! Thinks they can talk to their customers how they want!! Hung up on me ! Not how you run a business. SCAMMER!! Orders the part without even knowing what's wrong!! NOT recommended!! Now contacting LG and the cops!

Came to my house, picked up my flat screen, fixed it and brought it back 14 hours later. So professional, a more than fair price.
