Overpriced and terrible job. Tried to get me to spend even more on the problem after they guaranteed that my car won't smell anymore. Ended up taking it elsewhere for 1/3 of the price they charged.

The owner is rude, the wash is horrible. $18 for a wash and there's bird sap and grime all over the car. When I pointed out the ton of unwashed areas, the employee looked clearly hassled. He kept saying, "the boss says no. It's nothing." This is coming from the top. An owner with a bad attitude. Watch him, he's trying to get the wash done in 60 seconds flat. He runs out, gives a quick spray, drives the car through, then runs into the office. As the saying goes, "it's my first and last time."

Car was washed but the guy who cleaned the inside of my windshield was wearing a blade-clasp watch, and scratched my tint right in front of the steering wheel. Both "scratches" and "non-factory" items not covered by them so nothing I can do but stare at it and possibly replace the tint (or the whole windshield if its deep).Will be taking the drive to Bayville to self finish my own car washes from here on out. I should never have let these employees into my vehicle.Will be staying away from this establishment.
