I really, really wanted to love this shop because they have such great sales and selection. However, I have just had a horrible experience with the customer service. I paid 80 for a jacket that was listed as a teenager sized 18. There was no sizing chart provided. When the item arrived, it was an adult size large. The shop refused to do a return or replacement even for store credit. I understand the challenge that comes with different sizing between brands and countries, but to list something as fitting a teen and then provide a large without any recourse for resizing is beyond frustrating. I’m super disappointed to not be able to recommend this shop. If you get sizing right, it’s great. If not, you’re on your own, so enjoy the gamble.

Everytime I want to get my child great high-end clothes not made in asia I go here. I find great dress clothes and everyday regular clothes made of excellent material. A little pricey but you get what you pay for !

The employees are bullies !!!!! Instead of worrying about there job they like to talk about other workers that work there . Happened to 2 of my friends. They don’t follow covid requirements. The employees nor the customers wear mask. Clothes on expensive , customer service is horrible. Will never recommend anyone to work there or shop there.

The customer service is very very dissapointing!!!! I will never use this website.I bought two jackets from Ladida for my kids(400 dollars) It was Dec.8 so I thought they will be delivered before Christmas. But I did not get them yet and when I contacted with the customer center a few days ago, they only say it is delayed and there is nothing they can do about it.I tracked the items and found out that there is something wrong with the delivery. The delivery stopped in NJ on Dec. 11. I contacted the customer service again and explained the situation and since I will leave US at the end of december permanently so If I can get the items before then, I need to cancel. “They said they will think about what they can do and there was no feedback after that.” It is clear that they did not do anything. They think that they did everything since they shipped the items and got the money.What about the jackets!!!!!! It has been more than two weeks and I live in Maryland which is very close to New Jersey.So so so dissapointing . And never use this shopping site.
