I'm so tired of coming to this facility. It's never staffed.... You will wait for hours! No one at the front desk,.... She's helping the new girl that didn't seem to know what she's doing. Every time I come here for years, you wait and wait. Very unprofessional. The TV plays the same stupid clip over and over and over. No one cares about lapcorb patting themselves on the back in the video. How about hiring more people so people don't have to wait hours. Get people at the desk that actually care about what they're doing. The waiting room is too small you have the elderly people standing for hours. You should be ashamed of yourself for the way you treat your patients. I will never come back to this facility. I will be switching to quest. DO BETTER LABCORP ... you praise yourselves in video about how good you do and what leaders you are ... but you wouldn't know that based off how you treat them in this facility. 2 hours I've been here for routine 5 minutes blood work. FYI there's only 6 people here. .. why are we all sitting here??? 2 employess that's all. Smh

I had a terrible experience at this location. I presume it was just this technician in Lakewood but I will not be going back to this location again.The technician who took my sample was Natalie. I walked in nervous and alone, I have anxiety about getting my blood drawn. I made it clear to her that I was nervous and I asked for a smaller needle. It was only for 1 vial of blood and shouldn't have been an issue. She scoffed and completely ignored my concerns. She proceeded to use the big needle (while I wasn't looking to make sure because I can't make myself watch the procedure). I felt pain during the procedure. When she was finished, she looked at me and said "I used the big needle anyway" with a smirk.I am still bruised 5 days after this. What a terrible experience.If you want quality care, go to a different location.

The lab workers were nice, efficient and it went quickly. Only thing negative was the lab was wAiting room was small otherwise highly recommend!

Im so upset I took my baby to get his blood work done and the disgusting person who did it was so rough and didn’t care about hurting him she had 0 patience and she had attitude from the start like it wasn’t busy at all like at least do your job right and wasn’t careful and his whole arm was bleeding she didn’t care what’s so ever like she should be fired

Wish I can give -5 stars. Nicole at the front desk was extremely rude. Explained it's my yearly physical and s/b coded corretly. Per Nicole it doesn't matter. Now I've rcvd bill second year in a row, which results in me calling my insurance, Dr's office and labcorp. Also I was badly bruised and I'm a easy stick. . This is unacceptable and I won't be returning to this location ever again!!
