I had a very pleasant experience at this Labcorp location today. Staff was courteous and efficient, short wait

Didn't explain anything about tests or what was being done that day. Took my infant son and they had trouble finding a vein, yet still poked him. We suggested using his foot, but that statement was ignored. About 30 minutes total spent there, with zero results. Save yourself and go to a different location, or go to hospital. They can also do labs, but I can only assume better. Couldn't get much worse than this visit

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any appointments anywhere! I didn’t give the drs first name so I couldn’t take the test. Finally after 10 minutes of giving every information I know they let me in. This is while yelling and me and giving the biggest attitude. They were very unkind and very disrespectful for no reason!!! I would never recommend 101 2nd street to anyone!!! Ruined my day by taking a supposed to be easy test.

What a horrible horrible experience!!Nasty is an understatement I'm not sure how management hasn't fired the staff or is this what's expected from labcorp?? But forget about the nastiness and horrendous customer service the actual blood draw left my arm with a massive bruise and throbbing pain for the next 3 days. I will never come back here and don't think anyone else should either

Bad experience with the lady who received the order and drew the blood. Very rude and nasty with Hispanic people.

Labcorp, as usual, is never a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for the woman at the desk to pull up my requisite and I usually wait an hour at labcorp.

If I can give zero star I will. I have been doing my bloodwork's every 3 mos for 10 years and I am a nurse practitioner that does blood work to my patients as well. But this place big male phlebotomist sucks. I don't know how long has he been doing this but very poor bed side manner, he never check my name and date of birth then he stuck me twice. Never in my 10 years every 3 mos I was stuck twice because of my bulging veins. I have to tell him to use butterfly but he said they never use butterfly in this labcorp but I insisted so he used one. He pretended he knows what his doing but the way he talks and looked for my vein made me scared from the start. He never listens to his patient and I felt like I was treated like a Guinea pig by him. I am scared to come back here and will never do.

I was there as a gift of life donor and the girl in the front didn't know what I'm talking about, and I forgot a mask but she didn't want to give me one and I had to walk 10 min. to find a store that sells masks, but overall it was great, I came for blood drawl and it was the easiest I had in my life!! experienced and caring staff really nice and clean, to bad I cant give it 5 stars because the two above reasons. but Hawaiian (hope I spelled that right..) was really helpful so for her I would for sure give a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...

I am appalled at the way this Lab Corp office treats patients! The receptionists/nurses at this branch have a chip on their shoulders. Before my appointment I had my doctor’s office fax over the script, which they did. When I got there I asked the receptionist to check if they received it and she was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. I then called my doctor to send it again which they did and they said it showed that it went through. After a couple of minutes I approached the receptionist cautiously and apologized for even bothering her and informed her that my doctor had faxed over my script again. She got all feisty and instead of trying to figure why they weren’t receiving faxes she was unhelpful and spoke to me in a very uncalled for tone. Patients/clients are allowed to ask the staff questions and for assistance if need be. Labs should be staffed with helpful and sensitive nurses and receptionists, as Labs are scary places to be at altogether. This is no way to treat people.

Don’t go. That’s all I can say. Don’t go. The tech failed to ice my specimen and I had to go back to do it over. That’s unacceptable. She should know what to ice and what not to. My dr now is delayed getting my results that are crucial to my diagnosis. The parking is horrible. No spaces close to the lab at all. I’d never go back ever.

GRACE is an amazing phlebotomist! My son with special needs is really hard to get blood out of and she nails it EVERY SINGLE TIME! Bless her! (The wait is often long though so if you don’t specifically need a specialty phlebotomist I’d go to River ave or Howell.)
