Huge selection of seforim and many workers always ready to help you out. Always have the new stuff. Only down side is that the prices are a drop higher than the average store in Lakewood.

We made an order on a Sunday, because they had the product that we wanted and said it would be here within a couple days. But by Monday morning, they canceled the order. I understand that things happen, but not keeping the customer in the loop as to why you would accept the order and then have to cancel it immediately, is unacceptable. Plus, they still have that item listed as available on their website!
