1 NJ-37, Toms River“Yesterday, Saturday April 20, my wife and I went in to have our phones checked for some problems we were having. Instead, we decided to buy new phones. I had an I Phone 5 and my wife's was an I Phone 8, I believe. After deciding to buy a phone, I was told that because my phone was no longer manufactured, I could not be able to have everything transferred to a new phone. I was perplexed as to why. The woman also told my wife that the trouble she was having was not able to be fixed. We left the store and came home. The same day in the afternoon, we went to your store on Hooper Ave. in Toms River. What a difference! We not only bought new phones I bought an I Phone SE and my wife bought a 15, but the store personnel DID transfer all our info to our new phones. Everything is fine and our new phones are working correctly. I believe that your store personnel in the first store we visited were not properly trained to do the job. It is my belief that that should be looked into so that others do not have the same or similar situations.”
