If I could leave less than one star I would. I keep receiving bills in my name that are for my mother. The bills keep getting more and more aggressive. I have tried to call them at least 7 times and they’re always “closed” right now it is 7:50am CST and they are closed. I called Friday at 2:30pm CST and they were closed. The last bill is threatening to put me into collections for a bill that A. Isn’t mine and B. Is fraudulent. I called the nursing home where my mother is and they have assured me several times that they do not use this company and that my mother has not one, not two, but THREE insurance policies that covers absolutely everything she needs. So with that said, if this ends up on my credit report I will be filing charges on this company. I am also contacting the BBB to file a report there as well. I suggest someone from this. Company reaches out to me.
