The team at humble ignored my availability for delivery. I tried several times to correct it to no avail. At one point after being on hold for almost 20minutes I hung up only to get a call from a customer service person who seemed to be looking for an argument and asked for evidence that I keep trying to schedule my delivery. no stars deserved

If I could give this company a negative score I would. Absolute disaster of a company. ESTES subcontracted my delivery to Humble. I paid for delivery on the 25th and called on the 26th to see why my delivery was somehow delayed. I called ESTES and they had informed me it was sitting in Humbles warehouse for a few days. I got notified it was going to be delivered on May 1st which was never delivered nor attempted to be delivered. Instead they said May 2nd between 2-5 it didn’t come until 7pm!! Wait there’s more they couldn’t get it off the truck because the pallet jack couldn’t fit under the crate in front of mine! I was told they will deliver it the next day. I heard nothing and called with no answer. I called ESTES main line and they couldn’t get a hold of anyone either. I got notified on the 3rd that they will deliver it on the 6th between 3 &5. I tried to call to verify delivery today and once again no one answered. Of course once again it was not delivered. So it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered my item that cost over 4K was supposed to be delivered in 5 days and now it’s almost 3 weeks later and I’m out 4K with no item delivered. Stay away from this place and I will be contacting the better business bureau. If your the owner of humble and you see this post you should be ashamed of your work. Your customers deserve better.

This company is a scam, ordered items from Home Depot to be delivered by this currier, they flagged it as delivered but never delivered it. They called me the day after the delivery was supposed to take place to schedule a time and never showed up at the scheduled time, afterwards they flagged the item as delivered to Home Depot even though it was never delivered. This company does no answer the phone and it is pointless even trying.

My personal experience with Humble & by Jack Skorski is greater than 5 star. Jack went out of his way to solve an issue we had pertaining to a piano delivery. In addition the driver he sent was extremely polite and courteous. Thank you for your service in a time that people care less and less.

Do not use this service they are unreliable. They were subcontracted to deliver my dishwasher through a primary delivery service called Estes. I was supposed to receive my dishwasher yesterday between one and five then it turned into 1230 to 230 then for the next 24 hours I’ve gotten automated responses with two hour windows, no that’s not a typo. The last 24 hours I’ve been given responses online only for two hour windows which continue to delay. I’ve contacted Stip who has no way to contact humble neither a dispatcher nor contacting the driver. This is no way to do business I paid for a delivery fee and this should have been delivered as promised I had to lose eight hours worth of work and $79 for a delivery fee that I have no product for as yet. Absolutely, horrible way of communicating and doing business!

Delivery was coordinated as I was only to find out when driver showed up that they had only had a partial order on the truck as I received a call from the office while the driver was onsite that the rest of the order arrived and I was told they could not come back the same day. Who would schedule a partial delivery unless someone messed up or give the customer an option for one complete delivery. Do not live at the home yet as I had to take off. Scheduled to pick-up the remaining order at their warehouse. Asked the warehouse manager if he would assist in getting two large boxes onto my truck and his answer was no. I was not informed by Laura(Office Worker)when I scheduled the pickup that I would be on my own to get the boxes onto the truck and should bring a second person not to mention a forklift sitting there less than 10' away. I would welcome their owner to call me to discuss and explain the behavior as in my entire life I have never had an bad experience like this as I really hate writing a review as this is my 1st but if you can avoid this company at any cost which you may not as they are used as in this case as a 3rd party in this case, please do.

You’re right I did hang up yesterday. Because the person I was speaking to wasn’t understanding what I was saying to her. I’ve tried to call 3 time today to find out when my stuff is going to be delivered so my husband can be here. I told the person I needed a 15min call ahead also. You need better customer service.

Company called me because they confused my apartment number as a street address. Not sure how they can make that mistake. I called them same day I got their voicemail they tell me they never received my voicemail. I also texted them as the voicemail they left said to text with correct address. I got told never received. I’m 9 months pregnant and had to hire someone to help bring in the vanity and because this warehouse said they never got my messages I’m being told they cannot deliver today and need to reschedule. Not great customer service and someone needs to be trained on how to read addresses. How do you confuse an apartment number as the street address? Home Depot needs to reconsider using them.

Owner Jack Skorski is manipulative and just an all around bad business man. His fleet of trucks are far under Dot approval standards and are a safety hazard while operating on the roads. Please think twice before using his business for your needs!!!

They handled my freight flawlessly, on time and on budget. They had excellent communication with me as to the status of my freight at all times and their cust svc was great! Highly recommend
