EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had an issue with my W2’s so I went to them for help. The lady who was helping me said I didn’t have the proper documentation and told me to come back. I came back to get my W2’s, had to sit down and wait 40 minutes because the lady was with a client and I had made it clear that I am filing somewhere else and I just want my paperwork back, I was sat down and the same lady kept asking me why and tried to resolve the issue. I explained why 3 times and mentioned I’m just only here for my documents and no longer wish to receive service here and she would not take no for an answer until I had to start raising my voice. No means no and I am legally allowed to have my important documents back to me. It’s illegal to keep them from people. There is also a police station right across the street, I have no problem causing a scene if I have to. This place should be shut down!!
