Purchased a Protekt Aire 80080 variable mattress and delivery was prompt. It ceased alternating several weeks ago and while I was promised a new unit it has not been shipped. Several calls have resulted in promises but no action. I have a pressure ulcer forming and cannot wait any further.

When you are needing in home medical supplies, they have the best customer service and help line.if you need voice assistance just call them, but they will get back to you promptly in an email too.

I would definitely purchase supplies again from Heartwell Medical. I purchased a Sanders Home Traction Unit and it arrived damaged. I was able to get a customer service rep, Dave, on New Years Eve, who immediately solved my issue and had another unit sent. This is a stand by product company, I would definitely recommend and if possible ask for Dave. He was understanding, professional and made good on the damaged product. Thank you Dave! And as for the traction unit...it is perfect, easy to use, and as a migraine sufferer, it has helped control the pain and pressure. A+++ to the Sanders Home Traction Unit.

I bought the HeartWell transfer bench primarilly because I liked the way the shower curtain was handled. I was able to fit the bench to my mothers tub with the bench at it tallest setting. The tub had been reburbished with a fiberglass insert which made the side a little taller and the tub a little smaller. The bench construction to accomodate the curtain was a tight fit but I did get it installed without an exceptional amount of adjustment and both my mom and her PT liked it very much.

For all the places on the internet searching for a part for my 92 yr old mons bed, HeartWell had the best price and they even had me hold on to check to see that it was in stock. Shipped out same day with tracking # for free. 3 days later, installed the parts and worked great. Very Impressed. Will use again and will recommend. Irv

I love the device but wish to have the wheel lockers come with it to hold the device in place when the user wants to safely sit on it. I don't feel safe when I tried to sit on it by myself without having someone else holding the device safely in place.

Device is exactly as described. Great carrying case too! Works much like the traction device that my chiropractor used only it’s not electric. Easy to use as well.
