I was beyond hesitant to order from Going K**** based on the reviews but I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase. I found my ***** at the lowest price from them and the order came complete and in about a week. I dont know if they have improved their services but I will be recommending them to my interior designer. I got the Charlotte **** for $7.34 (all other places had at ****) and the Kara **** for $6.93 (other places ****) so the savings definitely added up.

Ordered wallpaper online and received it within days of order-first quality merchandise, all rolls from the same lot number, perfectly matching the sample. I am totally satisfied with this company and will definitely order from them again!

Careful! Received the same wallpaper from 2 different runs that were completely different in color. Not even close...Customer service was unapologetic and unaccommodating, basically told me to start over with the new product from the new run and cited a very broad disclaimer on their website. If the product will be so drastically different, they should tell you which run you are getting. Buyer beware when buying wallpaper from them!

Very unsupportive customer service! I purchased Zen lights online for a new build. After several months passed it was time to install. At the time of installation the electricians notified me that the set up of the boxes would not work with the light box and studs where they were. I asked to return despite the lights never being used and one still unopened and the company had no desire to even hear out my situation and stuck by the firm return timing window. It's really unfortunate as I absolutely loved the lights, wished they would have work, but would have had zero knowledge ahead of time that the unique box on these lights would not work with boxes mounted to studs. Now I'm out a significant amount because of a technical issue that a common non electrician would have never known to look for or ask ahead of time. I simply do not understand why they will not accept a return for items that can be easily resold. Sure I could list on Ebay but I would lose money and that just doesn't seem right to me. I just wish customer service were more service oriented and less of a by the book numbers game with profits before happy customers.

If I could give -200 stars I would. The customer service at this company was the worst I have ever experienced. They shipped a fan 2 months after they originally said it was in stock and then refused to return after we no longer needed. It wasn't even that they didn't return it. The woman on the customer service line was extremely rude and refused to transfer us to a manager. Do yourself a favor and SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Going Group doesn't return damaged chandelierDo not buy anything from this company! I have been struggling for weeks to return a damaged chandelier. They are refusing to accept the return, after requiring photos (two rounds of them) to show the chandelier hanging crooked and bent from the ceiling. Since they order from another manufacturer (they told me) they will not accept a return. They told me that I'd screwed the threads in wrong -- even though the chandelier came already assembled where the threads were bad. I've seen other reviews about this -- so buyer beware!
