If it had been explained to me prior to purchase (no return ) I could have accepted the response or if the sales person had demonstrated the mechanism I would have known that it wouldn't work prior to opening.

Show room sales work off commission wil sell top line products with restock fee for returns that adds up to commission not very nice sales girl when only get paid to sell top shelf parts

If you are interested in mafia style business, and interested in General Plumbing of Lakewood--holding your warranty money hostage, this place is for you. I bought a water heater from General Plumbing to replace A unit under warranty . The many who provides the water heater out of state was very easy to deal with and provided full customer service and warranty information. This was a replacement warranty. The heater was installed by a service provider and it went great. But don't think you will be getting your money back (General Plumbing of Lakewood TAKES and holds your money hostage-- even with written proof from the manufacturer that the warranty unit is covered). There was no need to take my money upfront when the manufacturer confirmed unit was 100% covered which means they send General Plumbing a check And confirmed in writing. Instead, they make you pay upfront even with the full written approval. And then they are making me wait until they said they received the credit--and received And they got the credit days earlier and told me by phone they didn't get it. And they said it would take weeks for it to be processed. And then I called the manufacturer again and they said they sent the warranty credit five days earlier -- and would send it Again to General Plumbing this day. Then I called General again, a second time this day-- and they said they referred it upstairs for processing after I indicated that it was previously sent days ago and again this day. Still not resolved. #RUNAWAYMoney

I purchased a unit from Don at the Lakewood GPS that was used for 2 weeks before it broke. When i reported this problem to him they would not replace the unit instead they ordered a part for the unit. I have been waiting on this part for over 2 months now. I cant seem to get any answers or any information. The customer service is horrible. If i could give them 0 stars I would!- Tom Cottrell

Lori is a delight to work with. She is very astute understanding ' a novice ', trying to explain things like-- the length of the bottom of the toilet ? she helped me visualize my vanity, wall cabinets. And amazingly, was able to zero in on the type of facets I was interested in. I wasn't even sure!!!!!! She follows up as promised. Plus she is lovely, and kind....Bravo lori
