This company sucks beyond belief. They make you wait all day for your delivery and then they just don't show up. Never call, never notify that they need to cancel the delivery, they just leave you hanging in limbo. They don't offer an explanation as to why, and they will never offer an apology. They just don't care about the customer. They suck at customer service. Good luck if you choose them!!!

Paid for in home delivery and was left with 550 pounds of pallets in my driveway without signature. Called and was told they'd call back with a solution. They did not. I'll be taking this to the better business bureau. I'll remove this post if they remedy the problem.

With so many customer service complaints about your company, you should have followed up on the issues earlier instead of just being perfunctory with your customer service. This is a very bad company. E

They left my dining room table box in the wet grass, no common sense, if your too lazy to push it up the driveway at least just leave it on the pavement. I hope the box doesnt get wet, 8 months pregnant waiting for family to come move it….

Need something to be delivered on time? Don't look here! I own a business and was depending on a delivery to show up on time. I understand that things can happen, so I left DAYS of buffer time to make sure it showed up. No update. No way to contact anyone. When you call customer service, it acts like the phone is disconnected. When you try the online chat, you start at number 65 with an absurd caption that says "hang in there" (glad to know i'm not the only one frustrated), and you can depend on never seeing that number go down. I still have no idea where my order is. I have had to reschedule work because of it, and have thrown off the schedules of other contractors who are now waiting on me. I wish I could give negative stars. If you need it on time, don't go with these guys.Edit: They're quick to reach out and defend themselves on here. I wish they were that quick with customer service.

The company I work for ships around the country and requires multiple carriers to fill our orders, so I have dealt with many of them directly. That being said, Estes is the absolute worst carrier there is.Not only are their rates expensive, they consistently don't show up for pickups!I have not had them successfully show up to my business in the the past 6 months.I've given them a full week to show up on multiple occasions, made phone calls to their dispatch to ensure they come and the next day? Nothing - not even a phone call that they won't be making it.The worst part is our office is LITTERALLY DOWN THE STREET FROM THEIR TERMINAL.I understand these are difficult times for businesses, but this is a business that simply cannot not currently do their function as advertised and is hurting other business because of it.DONT USE.
