I'm guessing the only way to get in touch with this office is to leave a review. I have been calling for two days. I get a recording that all agents are busy and to hold on. I hold and line goes dead. I've called at least 15 times. I just have a simple question about the rental I'm in. I even called corporate and they said they'd have the local office get in touch with me. Nothing!

The service I received from them was amazing. Everyone that works there is super nice. They went out of there for me. If you need to rent a car, I highly recommend them.

Great team of people there, courteous friendly & and quick. The reason for the 3 stars is because the price I was supposed to have rented the car for was not honored. I went through Priceline, and secured the car at a rate of $44 per day. When I returned it early, I was charged $56 per day. I called Enterprise customer service and it was basically too bad so sad. That's quite a difference. I will refrain from using enterprise in the future.

After a car accident, I rented from Lakewood enterprise for approx. a month. The car ran great. I had no issues with the pick up and they were great with communication throughout that time. They worked with NJM to get the rental covered and I had an overall positive experience.

I wished they had a negative star. The customer service was horrible the sales people were not informative or accommodating. Gave a car that was completely dirty for no discount at all. Tire popped in the middle of nowhere and couldn't even get a courtesy car or someone to come pick the car up to fix oh and the car had no spare.... made the vacation a nightmare never never never again will I rent from enterprise.

When I needed a rental for body work on my vehicle, my insurance hooked it up with a reservation through enterprise . Another branch had delivered a vehicle chock full of error messages, including a "maintenance required" light. I called the Lakewood location when I could not get in contact with the original branch who rented me this vehicle. Even though it wasn't his branch who made the mistake, the manager Corey was quick to assist & help me get into a new rental as quickly as possible. I arrived to his location at 11:59, when they closed at 12, but both Corey & Dylan were friendly, polite, happy to help & extremely professional. Thank you for turning around a bad experience with another branch. Super appreciated.

I was reluctant to go back because about 2 months ago my parents had trouble securing a car but I called and they Had my information since the last time I rented a car there. The last time I went there it was a good experience as well. The booking agent quickly made the reservation and sent me a confirmation email and I picked it up at the agreed-upon time and the two nice gentlemen quickly checked us in and checked us out within 15 minutes. It was smooth and easy and in this day and time of no customer service I was pleasantly surprised. Nice job to the men who worked on 1/13 between the hours of three and four!

Trust the negative reviews. Do not bother. I was speaking to a representative standing at the desk and his coworker interrupted. I came in for an inquiry about a 7 passenger truck for a funeral. I did not want a mini van, I needed a truck for Monday, not the weekend! He was too busy being of disservice and did not listen to my question.

I recently had a vandalism incident pertaining to my 2015 Toyota Corolla. This was on or around January 7th 2021.Hired Enterprise-Rent-A-Car to get the car repaired since I did not have comprehensive insurance on my car. Paid around $650 for both the repair (Toyota Motor of Lakewood, NJ) as well as the car rental of Lakewood (1 day). Filed a police report at the Atlantic City Police Department (Atlantic Avenue) a couple of days later. Awaiting them to get back to me if they have apprehended the criminal as of yet. As a result of this was unable to pay my full month's rent (Lighthouse Plaza Apartment, Atlantic City - corner of Atlantic Avenue and Vermont Avenue); monthly rent $885 - paid $100 - outstanding amount $785. Jewish Family Services my to be Representative Payee as per Social Security Administration advised me that I could make monthly payments for the remaining $785 in whatever form or fashion due to COVID according to Ms. Heather Riley and Ms. Stephanie of JFS and Lighthouse Apartments respectively. Contacted my Trust in Columbia, SC - Sam Supplemental Needs Trust (a child Trust of Latika Bali Trust (Late Latika Bali is my sister who died of ovarian cancer in 2015). Contact the following parties: Lane Cook of Lawyer Lisa (my attorney who was hired by his boss Lisa Hostetler Brown (owner of Lawyer LIsa); Mohan Bali & Shri Bali (my distant uncle now residing in Washington D.C Metro/Chhaya Bali is wife) : (Trustees and Secondary Trustees of SSNT). She had left behind $850,000 for both me and my niece now Jiya Taylor with my dad Mohan Bali as the Trustee of the Trust. Mohan relinquished the Trusteeship to Jiya's step-dad Col. Leroy Taylor (also his wife Mindy Taylor); however SSNT was underpopulated by close to $50K ($30K SSNT/Latika Bali underpopulation and $20K - My father Lewis Cromer's lawyer's fee of $20K). In addition The Latika Bali Trust was also mismanaged since a child Trust Jiya Taylor Trust was created after Latika's demise; now close to $700,000 are un-accounted for (pre-withdrawal from the Parent Trust by different sources). I am opening up an investigation through my Wealth Advisor Mr. Brian Swilling of Navipath Financial, Charlotte, NC. I just wanted to share this with Enterprise-rent-a-Car/Google as well.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, please read and believe all the negative reviews. Pinebelt rented a car for my husband through them and they took my husbands card and ended up charging him 220 dollars for insurance he supposedly signed for. When my husband asked for proof they showed him the invoice with no signature. All of a sudden they claim the signature disappeared, gave him a number to call and it was a disconnected number. He gave him his debt card and we will never see that money again. The most dishonest, not trustworthy place we dealt with. We were lied to and given the run around for weeks. Please please please please don't give them any more business, places like this deserve to go out of business.
