Had a bad experience, terrible customer service at this location, they blame mistakes on the customer when it's their fault. Eli doesn't seem honest and the manager Yosef seemed rude and indifferent. Would stay away and shop somewhere else with better customer service!

No service at all!! everyone was just sitting around doing nothing I have asked for help multiple times and they were lagging went to marcys instead the service was exequsite and bought all my suits pants and shoes there it was amazing definitely recommend!!

Emporio has done it again! Gongrats on the new Howell location. I’ve been a (very) satisfied customer for over 30 years, first in their Boro Park location, then in their Midwood location, and now at their Howell location (they seem to follow me wherever I go — I must be THAT good of a customer). Owner Mr. R keeps on upping his game with each new location. This new location is humongous and has so much stock and variety. It even has a cafe inside the store. Truly amazing in every respect.

long wait for service, unresponsive. attitude. better experience at Marcy. It's great that the store replies to my review but doesn't answer the phone. I left this review an hour ago, owner replies half hour later. and I'm still waiting on hold. Too busy to answer phone calls but can reply to a google review.
