They have such a hard worker there (poor girl has to spend 60$ a day just to get to work for a 6 hour bcuz the owner dosnt want to transfer her and i always go in there with my kids and she helps us alot

This was once my favorite store when the prior manager and his staff where there . But he transferred a few months ago . Now there if usually two women there that lack good customer service especially the Hispanic lady that works the counter. The Caucasian lady that I believe is her supervisor is no better she’s rude, speaks at you and stays in the back until called and then acts like she’s bothered . I’ll admit there is a Caucasian man there sometimes I think he is also a manager he’s wonderful and should be there more often because those two petty Betty’s will run all of the customers away. Dollar general is a great store but those two are miserable and honestly speaking they make me not want to return to that location anymore and I live literally four minutes away!?♀️

Worst store ever the woman works don’t know anything just over changing you and if they advertise that there is a sale they don’t honor it and then the employee is complaining that I am taking her time ever though she getting paid and I had a problem that was not even my fault garbage store no service ????? NEVER GO TO THIS Store

I just went through the stress of Lakewood traffic to get here at 1:20 in the afternoon only to walk up to the door and see a hand written sign ‘ we are closed’

The problem is the cashier has to wait sometimes for 5 people to pay and no one is there.

The people here do not want to work at all. No one on register for 5 min and then a snarky lady comes out with a bad attitude acting like it’s a crime for me to buy something and make her do her job. Place is also a complete mess and looks filthy

I go to your store at least once a week to get milk and various cleaning stuff and paper goo goods. I go to Jackson usually, Never have had a problem. Today I went to get several things and needed a cart. There were none outside, or inside . I settled for a few things a put them in the small basket. I am 75 years old and mentioned it the the blonde lady who checked me out. I told her the were no carts out side and it was pouring rain and I could no go looking for one because I was afraid of falling. She very nicelytold me that the next time I should bringmy kids to help me????. I won’t return to that store!
