I just recently bought a car from DiFeo Kia. It was a great experience. Our salesman Joel was great. His knowledge of the vehicles surpassed those at other dealers. What made this even better was my family wanting a very specific vehicle that was just released. I had called multi dealers looking and none had them. Joel knew what my family was looking for and looked for the vehicle, not just on his lot, but other dealers. He found one and immediately called us and we got a deal done. I will be referring my friends and family to DiFeo Kia and my salesman Joel!

Came to DiFeo after working with Vito a few different times and today was ready to purchase a car left with a brand new telluride that I really liked. Vito’s service was no nonsense and very honest. He was outstanding and even delivered the car to me.

Pros: very kind, patient, happy with our new 2025 car
Cons: Failed to mention differences in model tiers, ignored phone calls to followup
Arrived with the intention of possibly purchasing a car. We knew nothing about Kia cars. Joel was very kind and patient as we were new to buying a car. He showed us the mid-tier models of cars that matched our criteria, pulling out every car from the packed lot to let us sit in all of the seats, test drive, etc. One of the criteria that was important to us was AWD. We were very specific about this.
When we finally decided on a car, we chose to downgrade to the basic model. We asked him what the differences were between the basic model and the mid-tier (besides price). He mentioned sun room, leather seats, and heated seats. He failed to mention that it was only a FWD car.
The purchasing experience afterward was lengthy, took about 3 hours as our information was processing incorrectly.
We only realized our new car was FWD three days afterward when we found the car specification sheet folded into a seat pocket. We tried to call and speak with Joel but he wasn't available.
That said, we are happy with our car.

I picked up a Kia Sportage from the dealer yesterday. We drove from Long Island to get the car. Reason being all of the Kia dealers in my area were not very transparent about pricing. They were very difficult to deal with. When I called DiFeo dealership I spoke with Chris. From the beginning he was a pleasure to deal with. He was totally transparent about pricing. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. I would return to this dealership in the future without hesitation. The reviews about this dealership are a testament to their integrity.

Never have we ever had a better car buying experience ! We went to KIA ready to just shop around and explore other options, but Vito was an amazing, friendly, and super helpful sales guy! He made us feel at home right away, even our 4 year old we brought along! He made sure she was comfortable and that all our requests and concerns were heard. We ended up leaving with a car and a friend in Vito! Honestly, could not recommend DiFeo KIA (ask for Vito!) more.
