Horrible customer service. I called over the phone and got all the answers I needed about products, I was ready to stop in store to take a look at their inventory and place an order for everything I needed. They showed up right when they opened and the manager greeted me by saying they don’t carry the products that I needed. It sounds like they need to get their facts straight as a company.

Don't even bother trying to get a price or any help from Doug in their office. Tried for 3 weeks to place an order or even get pricing for an order and never got back to me after several calls to him and speaking to him directly when he said he would call me right back. I can't even imagine how poor the service would be after they already had my money.

I've been going to this place for a few years. They have helped me with all my needs. I've seen them make all kinds of customs metals being shipped all over the United States. They are a great group of guys that run a positive business.
