Caution! Extremely poor customer service, have had multiple shipping issues, with no consistency in the autoship and getting food delivered timely. They’ve also recently increased the price by 37%! And gave us no notice. It is a real shame since the food itself is great but we will unfortunately have to find an alternate dog food due to service and price

We used to make our own raw and it was time consuming, gross, and took up the whole freezer. Finding BDN changed our lives and that of our dogs. In the beginning it was GREAT and I wish I could say it stayed that way. We have fed this food for about 8 years and have stuck by the brand through it all. Unfortunately things took a turn with COVID and just never recovered. Since then we have endured the shipping delay nightmares, damaged packages, shipping to wrong locations, and poor communication via phone but decent via email. Since the new ownership, the shipping improved but there has been increased charges, incorrect charging of wrong cards, and most alarmingly an obvious change in recipe that was not disclosed adequately (my dog started having an allergic response), among things I've likely forgotten. We stuck by them through ALL of that because we believed in the product. Now they have launched a new website and our account is deleted, the prices are also now too high, and autoship is not viable given the time choices. We are saddened to have to go back to making our own until we can find a reputable switch and even sadder to see such a great company implode.

This food has changed my dog's life! He had terrible skin and chronic pancreatitis when I started him on Big Dog Natural. I feed him the supreme chicken, turkey, and fish, and he LOVES it! He's been on your food for about 3 months now, and his pancreatitis numbers are normal, and his coat is perfect! No more open sores and constant scratching! I can't say enough good things about your product! It has been far better than any of the other raw diets I've tried, and it's not crazy expensive. It's definitely more than regular food, but the health benefits are more than worth it! Duke says thanks, too!Thanks y'all!
