We had our Pack Rat delivered this morning and it could not have gone more smoothly. The gentleman who delivered the storage unit was professional, kind and thorough with instructions on how to use it. Compared to other similar companies, we feel the price was fair for the service provided. We’re so glad we chose Pack Rat and will recommend to anyone for their moving/storage needs!

Great experience. Prompt. The same driver was there for the drop off and the pick up both times. He was careful and friendly. This thing was a real life saver for us. It made everything so easy. I am thankful the driver was so thoughtful with placement and making sure not to damage anything, our driveway is narrow and long. Would definitely use again.

Today, Sept 26, 2023 a unit was delivered to my condo in Rahway NJ. I didn't order it, mind you, someone else in the building did, yet Pack Rat parked in my private space. Signs all over that say reserved parking. Even had a traffic cone in my space due to previous issues with people parking in my spot. You are trespassing on private property. Horrible disregard for the law

What a terrible company! We are in the middle of moving - very chaotic and called 24 hours too late to schedule pick up of pod and we were charged for entire month. When I called they said they do not pro-rate and there is nothing they can do. Also I spoke with billing for 10 minutes and when I called back they said I was not on the account and could not speak with me..then why did you speak with me prior?

PACK-RATS lacks INTEGRITY!!I read all the bad reviews but went thru with a quote anyway, well what a mistake! Pack rat lacks integrity! When I told the woman I’ve been comparing all pod companies & received a much lower quote than pack rat the woman wanted to know who & how much , i refused to give her any info about their competitors. She went on to put them down one by one & listed all their flaws, with that I was done! Very unprofessional & I wouldn’t let them move my belongings even if free!!
