It all starts at the top with the proprietor, Solomon, always with a bright smile, makes you feel like a customer, not just a number. He's honest, most recently he named a costly part on my car which is damaged, said "it's not doing any harm right now, I wouldn't replace it on my car".
Joe, who is courteous and kind, makes you feel welcome when we dropped off/picked up. Called with questions and updates. All communication with him was captured in their systems and made available to us at the end, along with a concise, yet detailed and very clear invoice.
Oh, and it's 2024, so we do things digitally. The shop runs on a kanban system, appropriate for the automotive industry, as it was developed my Toyota (sorry software developers). All employees with whom I interacted were able to see who, and how many vehicles were waiting to be seen, being worked on, and completed!

Was done within 45 mins. Found problem with my rack and pinion leaking fluid. Glad they found it and I'm getting it fixed.Very fair price. Don't need anything going wrong with my steering or my power steering box going bad. Great plc. Wouldn't think of any other plc working on my truck. Unless they recommend a plc for things they don't repair.??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I consider it to be one of my top experiences in a mechanic shop. The inside was not what you consider a shop has a full waiting room "CLEAN" and a bathroom that's better than most homes amazing. Owner Andre was very helpful and to the point he gave me options and what best fit my budget for today. He was able to get me in explain what was going on and do the job all within an hour. I actually explained that I had to be at work by 11 and he said if I can't get it done that he would drop me off and pick me up himself. It's a joy to say they finished before and I'm on my way to work with time to spare. “I brought my 2014 Ford Escape to Hall’s Service Center because I was hearing a weird noise from the back, and they absolutely nailed it. Turned out it was an issue with the rear differential, and the team went out of their way to figure out exactly what was going on. They didn’t rush through it or try to push unnecessary repairs, just straight to the point.
What really impressed me was how fair and honest they were. They easily could have charged more, but they didn’t—gave me a really good deal instead. No surprises, no games, just good service.
Honestly, if you’re in the area, skip the dealerships. These guys are legit, and I’ll be going back for any other issues that pop up. Highly recommend them!”
