The post office customer service clerk was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this post office to handle my postal matters in the future.

Such a horrible post office. We recieve other peoples packages, mail, PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION! The postal service has gone so far downhill. I feel bad for the people working here who actually try at their jobs because so many postal workers don't. Our creepy neighbor got our mail (pictures of my 13 year old daughter). Are we kidding guys?Shape up.-Chicken Sandwich

I mailed 14 Christmas cards at this facility, inside on Dec. 7th. They were to NY, North Jersey, South Jersey, Indiana, S.C., and one local to Lake Hopatcong. The only card that made it was to Lake Hopatcong! Very upsetting!!! Where did they go? Thank goodness there were no checks or gift cards in them. So very mad about this! I will never, ever mail another piece of mail at this place!!!!

Worst post office BY FAR anywhere - ever. They have not delivered our mail in WEEKS. Post Master smirks and refuses to do anything to help - at all! Our carrier use to bring mostly wrong mail - with us not getting many important things we KNOW were mailed - or sometimes neighbors mail. All reported to the post master who smirks and does NOTHING - on the reare occasions he is there. MANY people complain about this particular carrier who is sooo bad she could be a Saturday Night LIve skit!

Bill has to be one of the worst I have met. I stated I would like to send something registered mail and he immediately began to question the validity of my request stating most companies that request this service are ridiculous. Then he repeatedly asked what the contents of the package was, stating , "what is it priceless?" which is unprofessional and I definitely wouldn't trust this guy. I will try to figure out how to register a complaint with USPS but as usual they make it difficult to do even that. No wonder packages "go missing". I didn't send my package out after rushing to get there before they closed !!!!

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to go into this post office several times just out of convenience. Every time I go I must say that almost every employee there is the rudest. The only way to combat it is not to argue. Ignore it and kill them with kindness. Specifically a guy that works the counter which I've had the most issues with. I no longer even get aggravated m. I tell him thank you and to have an awesome day. And then on the receipt I always get from him, as long as he was in fact rude, I give him the review for his performance. The last time I went in: 1. I was doing my Dad a favor and dropped off two small boxes. He needed a receipt they were dropped off. 2. The clerk #07 took the packages and threw the first on the scale and then said ,"You know there is a virus out there and your worried about a receipt?" Keep in mind they have a plastic barrier, face masks and I kept 6 feet away from counter and also had a mask. I simply said well can you just scan the other box so I can leave? He actually threw the other box (it was fine because nothing was fragile) and now had both boxes on the scale so the second one weighed out incorrectly. 3. I didn't really care and wanted to leave and then he mumbled something to the effect I shouldn't bring boxes from other towns and I should use that post office. Who is he? You can drop a box off at any post office. 4. I smiled at him told him to have an awesome day and then went into the car and gave him a one star rating. I doubt the post office even uses their review system because with an attitude like that (which I've encountered with this clerk the few times I've been in there previously)- he still works at the front "helping" us. So my point is if you end up going there don't get mad. Just kill them with kindness because that's what really gets this one particular clerk and a lady that isn't as bad but close to. HIS clerk # is 07 Just warning you that it's not worth getting into an argument.

The personnel in this office are rude and helpless. I really hate to go there for service but my husband is deployed and I mail stuff to him every week! If I could give to this place 0 stars I would love to do it!
