“Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “It has been my experience that although the postal system in itself has many flaws, even as a small customer I can say this particular office does move to resolve issues quickly. I came in yesterday with a problem, and I appreciate having my mail delivered to my box this morning with no issues. I also commend your driver for locating my actual box (not easy) and finding a way to get it in there this morning around the ice and snow. Thank you guys”
