My husband put a stain on his new jacket, not to throw it away. So I decided to take it to the cleaners. Yesterday I came to pick it up and was pleasantly surprised that the stain was gone, as if it had never existed.

I swear the grandma working there hates life, I walk tryna be nice to her ask how’s her day and she’s giving me so much attitude for no reason. The dry cleaning was good but the only bad thing is her, she just can’t talk to people.

I need the suit pressed, not dry cleaned. It was just a bit wrinkle. This is what it looks like when I get it back. I present it to her asking for an explanation and a solution. She immediately starts arguing with me. Her logic?, "because it has a zipper", mine, "then why the f*&^% would you press it?" Hers "I didn't do it, it has a zipper" no attempt to resolve the issue, provide a solution. Just making the argument too bad you bought a suit with a zipper. Never ever will I patronize this establishment again.

$35 for a coat to be dry cleaned. That is a huge rip-off. I have never paid more than $10. Don't go here!
