“I have been looking around for an auto loan and stopped at this branch. Growing up in dover and dealing with the previous credit union I did not have high expectations for them, but this new bank and management team has been super helpful with the whole process. Nowadays taking time off from work and do paperwork at a bank is super tedious but they did the whole loan in a couple of days via email. I do hope more people would take advantage of the low interest rates from a local credit union before going into big banks with sky-high interest rates. I can't stress how knowledgeable and helpful Yajaira was at the Dover branch. I'm super thankful for all the help and information everyone has given me.”

“I wanted to thank Frank who helped open an account for my 16 year old son and recommended Pops for breakfast which is down the street and is a great place to eat.I live in Budd Lake and went to 3 banks there to open an account. They all seem to have layed off so many people that you have to make an appointment to open an account.I have been banking with Provident for 30 years and have never had a problem and the people have always been helpful. I moved and the bank is a bit far away, but I am loyal to people who help me and it has been worth the drive. I thought I'd try a bank closer to home for my son, but they really did not seem interested enough to provide the service that they used too. Provident still does.Frank spent at least a half an hour with us opening the account. I really appreciate his attention. It is what I am used to with Provident.I do most of my stuff online, but it is nice to be able to go into the bank and talk to someone instead of dealing with an AI auto attendant that you normally get when you need to call. Provident still provides in person personal service with a minimal wait and they are nice about it.I highly recommend Provident bank and once again thank Frank.”

“TL:DR - David was awesome, helpful, and insightful. Their network hub and add-on employees, not so much.Since it was lunch time, this branch was pretty busy. I stood in line for around 10 minutes, which in the long run, isn't bad. Folks being helped at desks nearby were getting the usual bank spiels, and others on the line were doing more average things like deposits, cashing checks, etc.David was working solo at the bank teller window, and doing a fantastic job. It was obvious he skipped lunch to help us, but he was bright, helpful, and moving things along smoothly. Another employee emerged from the break area, and tried to help some folks on the line with her tablet device - which was when she discovered their network was down. The other employees nearby (who said it might be because they don't work at this branch, either) were having the same problems, so everyone at the desks had to join the one line for the one bank teller window. Just, yikes.When it was my turn, David got me squared away with the Cashier's Checks I needed quickly, precisely, and kindly. It seemed like he was the only one on home turf there - I wonder what happened to the others who usually work there? In any case, if you go here, ask for David. And don't waste your time going to the desks.”
