“This is THE BEST place to rent a vehicle. The employees are polite, helpful, and kind. They go above & beyond for you.I used their service about a week ago, accidentally left behind a small wallet with important papers as well as some VERY sentimental pictures. ROSE called me personally to arrange returning it to me. 50 STARS for Rose! This meant so much & she went out of her way to make sure I got it back. I can't tell you how much this meant to me.Jim & I used this place for years for our summer camping vacations. I'm so glad they're still in business. I hope they continue for many years.RENT HERE! You will be treated like a Queen/King!”

The afternoon prior to rental Jeff kindly called me to see if not having one would be an issue, in the event the Tesla was not returned as expected. He offered a Hybrid or other premium vehicle. He seemed willing to do whatever was necessary to obtain a Tesla if it was an issue for me. I told him a Hybrid would be fine. To my delight, the Tesla was returned just in time.
