ShopRite of Lacey Township is a clean, convenient, and easy-to-access store with a good selection where customers can find about everything they need. The store is noted for being cleaner and offering more selections under its new ownership. It is service-oriented, with helpful pharmacy staff and employees who are caring and on top of things. The store features motorized carts for use without cost and no longer requires quarters for a shopping cart. Customers enjoy the fresh and very well-made sushi, love the manager’s specials, and note some good sales. Some feedback suggests keeping a few express checkout lanes open alongside self-checkout and notes that some cashiers could improve their customer service skills. Occasional issues with store access and carts in the parking lot are mentioned, but the store is generally appreciated for its convenience and helpful staff.
