Chad, at the Lacey store was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of a new mattress. Having back issues it was important to get a firm mattress and he was knowledgeable about the products he sells. Very friendly!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mattress Firm today, all thanks to Chad! From the moment we walked in, Chad greeted us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to understand our needs and preferences. What truly stood out was Chad's kindness towards our children. His caring demeanor and attention to detail ensured that we found the perfect mattress. Plus, Chad's sense of humor and ability to crack jokes made the atmosphere even more enjoyable and relaxed. Chad's exceptional service, combined with his friendly banter, truly made our visit memorable, and I couldn't recommend him and Mattress Firm more highly!

I needed a mattress in the range of 450 to 500 and the person who helped me his name was Chad and the customer service was great. I was helped right away and Chad was so knowledgeable and he helped me so much when usually sales associates that I have ran into in the past just tried to make me do a purchase and not really educate me or try their best to work with me in my price range and also what I need in a mattress and when Chad did that I was very very happy because he is not like other sales associates. Also, he showed me what mattresses would be good in the long run when I do have a higher budget in the future. Overall, it was a simple, smooth and amazing experience. If you do need a mattress, go to Mattress Firm in forked river. Call before and ask for Chad he is there once a week.
