I went there for the first time and my wife and I spent a significant amount of money on vape products as well as a cigar lighter. When I got home, the lighter was out of fluid, and it was impossible to fill it with butane. I went back and the rude sales person told me that the fill pin was bent. I did not ask for a refund; I simply asked him if I could exchange the lighter since it was new and never used. He refused to do so asking me for a receipt. I signed up for their customer rewards program so they should have been able to find the sale. They refused to do so, filled the lighter and told me that they would not exchange it. I also tried to fill it and it would not work. I once again asked them to exchange the lighter and they were rude and told me no. This was a $26.00 lighter. I did not ask for a refund, just an exchange. They know their own product and they still would not do anything to make me a satisfied customer. I would rather throw everything I purchased from them in the garbage than to ever patronize their store again. I wish I could give them less than one star. They earned this low rating.

visited the (Gorilla Vape of Beachwood) worst mistake ever! I was not welcomed upon entering the establishment unfortunately for whatever reason. I approached the counter and spoke to a female regarding lava products and immediately she was unhelpful and lacked customer service! I advised of her lack of customer service and walked out of that establishment! Highly do not recommend. This establishment does not even deserve 1 star!

I had recently gotten a coca cola juice that i filled up a new pod with. I took some hits that had a terrible chemical taste so i left it sit and went to work. When i came back the pod was cracked open and looked like there was dried glue all over it. Never had any juice do that, I cant trust their juice after that. Id be careful.

The Forked River location is top shelf. They always have a variety of specials if you like to try new stuff and Andy is absolutely amazing. He takes the time to answer any questions and never makes you feel rushed; even if it’s busy. Best Gorilla location hands down!
