ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH BUT THERE IS NO MINUS STARS AS AN OPTION.Their support stinks. Called up to ask a question, since texting is always busy. Guy with accent says hello and said hold on I will get you help. Then I hear the phone ringing and a girl with an accent answers and said he was in Mexico, she transfers me again and the whole cycle begins again. I was looking to purchase a shed now will look someplace else. Support through the phone, chat or computer is useless. I sent an EM yesterday and they replied will answer in 7 days. What is happening to customer service???

Was sent from millwork to flooring arrived at flooring and Vince who had no customers was standing behind his computer and I asked where is the peel and stick trim he proceeds to say do you even know what you’re talking about I need to know what kind I need to know what you need I need to know I said oh I’m not sure maybe we can check it out he then says before we check it out you better figure out what you need and proceeds to stand there i.e. yes I have a witness of a another customer in back of me how said ..To Vince .. your being rude .. i proceed to customer service to explain the situation and then someone came to help me case in point whether Vince was working on an order which was the classic excuse .. or not which he was not all he had to say was I’m working on an order not you have to figure it out yourself .. or go back to mill work .. rude rude rude rude and the store was not busy so I don’t care what investigation they do internal or external bottom line the lie and it becomes a he said she One more reason to shop small … Oh and the classic answer here is that’s not my department that’s not my department so every customer in here is walking around aimlessly and yes I’m not the only one that feels this way Pshaw

Home Depot in Forked River is by far the WORST of every one i've gone to staff were miserable and unfriendly. no help at all. good luck finding any one in paints.courtesy.desk was just a name,just as unfreindly and no help at all. displays were very limited.I live in Forked River and had to go to Toms River insted.(30 minute drive)but after this worth the effort.did"nt eveen have 2 prong tester. SMH.Never again

This Home Depot is great! They have more of a variety then Manahawkin when it comes to bathroom vanities and floor models. The employee's are helpful and friendly.

Its very cool how the garden center here is really a collaborative effort of many farms throughout NJ and Home Depot. Many don't realize that the plants here are largely on consignment and are maintained by local NJ farms. If the inventory was more unique sometimes, I would give it 5 stars.

Every time we visit this store the customer service is horrible! Rude and not helpful. Also I fell today inside the store, when my husband told the service department no one acknowledged that I even fell. Manahawkin is a bit of a drive but so worth not having to deal with Forked River rude and inconsiderate staff.

The store employees are good but DO NOT buy LG products from them or any place else . We have a $3000 fridge only two years old and the freezer went on it , LG could not get a service Tech to come out and yes we had the warranty on it . Two weeks go buy after we lost the food and we finally got through and we’re told the part was on order? How when no one even came here . They apparently know they have issues so on the fourth week yes a month no freezer a tech shows up says t

After spending almost 20,000 on a kitchen through home depot. I was forced to purchase a brand new refrigerator because my existing one would not fit. Kitchen was designed for a 36" fridge exactly at 36"s. come to find out it is industry standard to design openings at 36-1/2" because most refrigerators have what are known as bellies in them and stick out past spec'd measurements. (So much for a professional kitchen design.) Store manager johns solution? he doesn't have one because he's not a kitchen designer! But makes sure to tell me he's a problem solver. Corporates answer? $100 gift card. I will do my best to not spend another dollar at home depot. Bring as much business as you can elsewhere.
