I recently had the pharmacy where I was getting my meds from closed. All of the scripts were sent to Lanoka Harbor CVS. I have had nothing but pleasant people and experiences there. I do not plan on looking for another pharmacy. Very happy here.

When you have worked all day ..told your prescription would be ready if you can wait 90 min and agree cheerfully. Go and come back with a family at home and are told come back again in 40 min and you explain that you can't keep coming back and no one cares...it's rough.Then they get mad at you .., but you need the prescription it's rough.I know...but ..it's just not right ..who even knows if it will be ready

I was looking for a nearby CVS in tomsriver to get a covid booster. I searched for CVS near me, and they had an appointment for 12 pm. I was in and out of there, in 20 minutes! The pharmacist was great, and no one was ahead of me! Easy peasy! Other CVS appointments were late in the day or the next day! Thank you! I would recommend it!

Jesse was so friendly and helpful, even at 10pm. I wanted to keep to myself to not be a bother, but he insisted on helping me and made me feel like I wasn’t a bother at all :) I’ve been plenty of places where I felt like I was annoying the employees just by asking them to ring me up!

I have to say....CVS has been my go to pharmacy for years and I'm usually not happy with their customer service. CVS in Lanoka Harbor is the exception!! Everyone is attentive and pleasant. Haven't had a single bad experience. No idea why ratings are low. This location rocks!!!

Pharmacy staff here is incredibly rude. I understand you’re busy, but that is NOT a customers fault or problem. The attitude is so unnecessary, let alone answering the phone and making the customer feel like they did something wrong by simply using your pharmacy to fill a prescription. Get it together or don’t work customer service.

The “manager” Jesse was the rudest person I could ever seen, he reinterred “as I said…” not offering another suggestion for my inquiry, while cvs at beachwood the have done that for me before. It is ashamed that store is not stocked but now I know why…. Management is not helping I would’ve put 1 start but the lady in the cashier was the one helping smoothing down the situation.

I wanted to take a minute out of my day to give recognition to the employees Jessie & Shawna! They are absolute rockstars! There is another young gentleman with brown hair that is very helpful as well! (So Sorry I don't know his name) They are always so helpful, and kind to me as a couponer. It could be nerve wrecking trying to coupon and they always take the time out of their day to always stop and help me out. I always try to make it easy for the cashiers for a smooth transaction, but as a couponer things can't always be perfect. (Sadly) anyways I would just like to say I appreciate all the help they provide me! Thanks guys!!

Completely unacceptable. The workers in the pharmacy are nice, however it is 45- 60 mins every time I call just to get someone on the phone. And they are constantly screwing up prescriptions.

I went to the drive through this evening, and it was closed. Unfortunately, I was unable to walk, so I called to ask if someone would help me. They refused, put me on hold, and ignored me. I banged on the window to get them to please answer the phone, but each time they did, Heather was nasty and refused to help me. I begged for them to just send someone outside. I had tried to pick up my prescription the day before, and they were also closed. I needed this medication this evening, as I was in withdrawal (not an opioid).Finally, in tears, I CRAWLED in the rain into the store. The sweetest manager and cashier out front got me a chair, took my information, and got my prescription for me while I was humiliated. This is not the first issue I've had with this pharmacy, as they actually gave me the wrong medication once. I will be calling the corporate store once I get the name of the pharmacist on duty, the man who let his supposed only person back there handle this instead of stepping in himself. Thank goodness that there were people in the front of the store willing to help. This is not healthcare. I work in healthcare, and not helping someone who badly needs a medication when there were people willing to help, is not healthcare. Please go into research instead.

Cvs pharmacy in Lanoka Harbor I would never recommend it to anyone. You stay on hold for an hour and no one picks up. You have a prescription you need refilled and they don't complete it. This is not a place to go if you time is valuable to you.

Some workers are friendly but alot are not they are no where near my cvs in Florida when it comes to welcoming or friendly. The pharmacy has been a hot mess every month with my meds! This staff needs retraining there is one young man in pharmacy that was amazing when I needed help about a new script. In Florida the pharmacist would talk to you if there was any issues here I have never talked to pharmacist its like they don't exist. Am considering changing pharmacy after being with cvs pharmacy for over 20 years due to the store here.
