I was shocked at the super low ratings. I have never had an issue at this store except for the fact they have one cashier working with a 10+ person line. I haven't dealt with their pharmacy (thankfully from what I have read) but the store itself is clean, easy to find and conveniently located near me.

Extremely rude pharmacist who was extremely condescending. After being a Rite Aid customer for years I am now switching to the new CVS on the other side of Route 23.

I was in the store today to drop off a FedEx package to be shipped. The employee with the gray hair was rude and said we don't take packages bigger than 48" I explained the package was only 36" to which she replied rudely after not telling the truth, I am not taking it!Walgreens needs to train their staff to be polite and accommodating, not rude and lazy.

I recently went to Walgreens to print out some Christmas cards. My husband and I were finding it a little difficult figuring out the machine. One of the employees Steven over heard us and came over and helped us. I didn’t want to ask him because I saw that he was swamped with other work and printing other peoples Christmas cards. He came over on his own and was so patient and helpful. He easily could of ignored us and continued with his work. It was a pleasant experience and so nice to deal with Steven.

Walgreens should write a book entitled "how to screw up a good thing" because that's exactly what they did when they took over this Rite Aid location that I had trusted for years. They have since managed to screw up every one of our prescriptions. Rite Aid used to auto refill my prescriptions about a week before I'd run out and text me it was read for pick up. Not Walgreens. I've spoken to several employees, the manager, even emailed and reached some really rude woman in corporate, no one and I mean no one seems able to fix this. They missed a critical med my wife takes, then when we called to refill they were out of it! Terrible order management. They advised it would be in stock the next day and offered delivery to make up for the mistake, but instead of someone driving the 5 minutes from the pharmacy to our home, they sent it FedEx, who of course lost the package and my wife had to go days without her meds as the insurance wouldn't authorize another refill because of another Walgreens screw up. We had to waste time on the phone with our insurance provider and Walgreens to straighten it out. The people are nice and friendly and I know they try but if they can't perform the basic functions of a pharmacy, nice doesn't cut it. I cannot wait until the CVS across the street opens as I will most certainly give them a try and will look forward to the say I can say good riddance to Walgreens.
