Everyone is very friendly, service is great, ive never seen a line or have to wait longer than a couple minutes. The bad reviews are not indicative of my xp whatsoever.

I cannot thank this pharmacy enough especially Boghosydikian ( Bob), he helped me tremendously today with a medication that was so expensive! $800!! He helped me get a savings card and bring it down to $10!! I am so grateful for the time he took to help me set it up! The woman who work there are also always very nice and helpful!

Diane, one of the pharmacists here is one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. She is cold, heartless and a bully. She should not be working with people in this field. I don’t know how they let her get away with her behavior toward customers and staff. I had my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy because of her. She’s loud and obnoxious. Sometimes I can hear her yelling from the other side of the sore. In the past I have walked up to the window and she won’t say hello or even acknowledge me. She just hands me my prescription and gives me a dirty look and walks away. She’s beyond unfriendly. She’s just cruel. The other pharmacists here seem scared of her. I’ve seen her yelling at them when I walk by. She has no respect for anyone. If she hates her job so much maybe she should try another career. Instead of taking her anger out on the staff and customers.

This is the worst pharmacy in this area. I have constant problems here filling prescriptions. There is no privacy. They ask too many personal questions. I’ve heard the pharmacists and staff gossiping about other customers while I sat and waited for my prescription. They substitute medications without asking you. The prices are higher here. So many reasons not to go here. Thankfully there is a CVS opening up across the highway. I’m sure a lot of people will be moving there prescriptions over there.

Very rude people working here. I ALWAY have trouble filling my prescription. I have bin going here for tge last 10 years and they treat me like a stranger. Yes I take c3 medication unfortunately and they treat me like some drug addicted a-hole. Constantly humiliated when I go there. Always have to keep going back for a prescription that my doctor as prescribed to me. Even after having the same script for years. Time to call a lawyer for decimation

One of their workers in the pharmacy seems like she depends on being rude in order to survive, switching pharmacies next time I get scripts refilled because I don't need attitude Everytime I call about my medicine

This place should be condemned. First of all it's dirty, old and despite the fact that Stop and Shop moved into this location a several years ago (when Pathmark closed) they didn't make any renovations or improvements and simply moved from a 50 year old store that was long overdue for a makeover to another 50 year old but larger store long overdue for a make over across the street. Not one enhancement at all. In fact, they just (after years of being there) paved the parking lot that looked like a mine field with so many holes and ripples in it. I've personally seen people fall trying to push their cart up the steep incline in the back lot and go down because the cart wheel hit a pot hole. And, I've had numerous issues that I've brought to the attention of management and zero action has been taken. On multiple occasions I've purchased dairy products and didn't check the expiration date only to come home and find out it's already expired or will with in days. We've purchased prepackaged produce like onions and romaine lettuce for example only to find they are rotten when we get home. Some of people who work there are friendly and polite but we've had our share of horrible and rude customer service. A woman who works at the deli counter went off on me recently telling me I couldn't place an order at the counter and had to use the Kiosk when no one was at the counter. Her manager had to come out from back and intervene and take my order. No matter how crowded the store is, they will have two cashiers open and lines 10 people deep. As mentioned, if you lodge a complaint, management will get back to you with a bunch of lip service about how they value your business but will do nothing in my experience to remedy a problem. They are the only major grocery store within a 10 mile radius and I'm sure because of this they just don't care to up their game because they get enough business from locals who put up with substandard conditions. I will only go there if I need to pick something up last minute and not for my food shopping any longer. And I will call the board of health the next time I get expired or rotten food. Someone needs to hold this place up to standards.

Now and then I stop in but rarely purchase anything. My gripe with this store is the rat and ant poison aisle is at the bakery section on one end and milk on the other end. And the rest of dairy in the next aisle. When questioned on the prudence of stocking cleaners and rodent poison next to dairy, the manager told me not to worry. Any spills would be cleaned up before any dairy products could absorb fumes. Gross. What a shame as I really miss the fish counter
