the manager reached out and made this situation right....so I'm giving them another try. She was great to work with.
Do not use this car wash......they overbill you.
I asked for the exterior only monthly plan for $21 and was billed twice that amount two months in a row.
When i called to talk to manager, the lady who answered the phone took my info but told me she had "no idea when I would get a call back" really??
She was nasty and rude and told me to go ahead and dispute the charge with my cc co, which i have already done...
Why would anyone go here?
Stupid, deceitful and rude
follow up....I was billed AGAIN by these dopes for another month AFTER i called them to cancel.....it just gets worse and worse

China and her crew did an amazing job . My car is tough to clean with small crevices and several different kinds of materials. They were able to clean all the different surfaces without leaving them cloudy. And cleaned up a spill my kids left on my leather seats. I am through the moon! Very fast and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Hit or miss w interior cleaning. Monthly plan is OK but, with a rainy season was not work it.

Incredible custom service team that goes above & beyond! Spilt a tray of chicken on my passenger seat over the weekend and took it to these guys this week an hour before close...not only did they squeeze me in and treat the stain, but my seat looks as it did when I drove it off the lot. Can not wait to bring my car back here for a full detail! Really wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me at the counter cause she was incredible!! Thanks a lot guys!

If you are stupid or want to be rob this car wash is for you. The lady that manages the car wash are very friendly to you at first to sell you the monthly plan I paid $36 for a was then got trick into the monthly plan for $63 they give coupons that don't work charge and when inquiring about it the lady is very rude I had referred friends and they told me it's too expensive I didn't really care only they got me
