Jake did a great drop taking care of me and explaining things as we went along resolving the issue on my a5.. he could've tried to convince me to have unnecessary work done but did the professional thing and addressed one problem at a time.. great guy with a great team. ill be back

I had an unexpected tire blow out on Rt 23. RSW was the nearest place I could pull in. I left my car there on Sunday night. I called them first thing on Monday morning and asked if they could put my spare on, so I could drive it to my regular shop (given my tire warranty there). I asked what the charge was, and Jake said, NO charge - happy to help you." The car was done in less than one hour. THAT is amazing service. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I had come here for brake repairs last year. Ever since the repairs my steering wheel shakes while I drive. They told me to bring it back in and I did and they “fixed” it but ever since then it’s gotten worse and worse. Went in for something simple and left with more problems.

They have an insane labor rate of $275 an hour of you supply your own parts!! When has not making just labor amount been not enough ... ridiculous ?

As a first time customer, I took my BMW X5 F15 to RSW to have its rear air suspension bags replaced last week. Very good experience from beginning to end. It was completed in 2-3 hours, at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier! highly recommend!
