MOHAMMED KHAN was a pleasure to work with. He listened to my needs. Stayed in my limited budget. I ordered a 60" TV Console--2 door. It will arrive tomorrow. I told Mohammed I will return soon for a new couch.

Do not buy the Platinum Protection Plan !
We bought a power sofa and the salesperson suggested that we buy the protection plan because we had a pet, and if a tear would happen , and would be taken care of. Even their WebPage states that Rips, Tears and Punctures are covered. So after a while we called for service to get some stains out, which the tech sprayed something on and took some pictures of the tear to submit to how the manufacturer would repair. After the cleaning solution was all dried, the stains were still there and the manufacturer never replied after waiting 1 month. So I contacted them and they said that tears caused by a pet are not included The salesperson said they were, otherwise we would not have spent the extra money. Contacted a company rep and they say it states that in the booklet, which we were never given to look at when we purchased the agreement and just went by the salesperson statement. They should state that on their web page that pets are excluded. False advertising in my opinion
Never buy from them again. Since they showed a response to my poor review of them, it is now October 23 and haven’t heard as of yet how they were going to do what they wrote !

Terrible customer service. After the sale they will not address any issues. They get up to 72 hours to respond.

I’ve been a customer at R&F for several years on and off. I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been very kind and they always go above and beyond to make the experience delightful. A particular shout out to Ann Marie Golembiewski who assisted my wife and I purchase a new recliner and sofa. My wife, just within the last 10 days, had open heart surgery and Ann Marie was quite helpful in assisting my wife in finding a recliner that will help with her rehabilitation. I highly recommend R&F in Kinnelon and I’d recommend asking for Ann Marie, she will do everything in her power to assist you.

I bought online but coffee table was out of stock. I went to help to ask if I could order for next shipment. The person I dealt with, Jared, helped me order from a store, sent an email with deposit site and contacted maker to see if the order could be sooner than October.
Very pleasant transaction. Has kept me updated on shipment from manufacturer. Wonderful service!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Kinnelon on rt 23. Everyone was very professional and they didn't pressure us or hover at all. They were very courteous and fairly priced and I would highly recommend them.
