Brian Bekarogullari is the branch manger and was talking to me like I was stupid and had absolutely no remorse. I was asking just yes or no questions and he went on about things i did not need. I was very specific about yes or no and that i did not need the full explanation. He was extremely condescending. I did use foul words with him and took his picture to make sure he knows what he did was not okay.

Branch leaves a lot to be desired, poor service. Management not available and apparently managers are not there full time.

An employee Laura reached out to me and left a voicemail requesting I come in to discuss additional benefits i can be receiving through my account. I normally never entertain calls or voicemails like this but this time i called back and scheduled an appointment just to see what they had to offer and I figured I can get some information on mortgages. In the time I spent at the meeting I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the staff. They were all very friendly and were helpful with presenting multiple different options i could do to maximize my money growth that i didn't know were options. These included higher yield, short term CD's (under 1 year maturation) and written requests for an exception of higher yields from PNC in savings (at the time it was possible to get up to 4.5% which is literally over 100x the APY i was getting in my virtual wallet).I had a very positive experience in the PNC branch and hope other PNC customers are encouraged to take the time to meet with someone at PNC as well for their individual needs.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my original five-star rating to one star. Since the ORIGINAL staff has left, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, much less answer any questions pertaining to your account. Younger isn't always necessarily better. It seems that the more senior staff has been replaced with younger staff, who really don't seem to care about its customers. We have since left the area but won't forget how this bank went downhill once the staff changed.

Sat waiting in the lobby for a full hour waiting for a banker, only for 2 bankers to become free just to take 2 people who came after us, plus one of the tellers was rude to a older lady who had trouble speaking English, completely unprofessional, especially for a bank

This was the first time I’ve had a bank with a public notary refuse to notarize a document that wasn’t “related to a PNC loan”. Every time I go to this place I leave with a headache. Time to bank elsewhere.

Bankers should be answering the phones or get a receptionist for the branch. This is a business, and no one answers phones there.

Gave my account information to a family member who was depositing money into an account they were not on. Down to the cent they knew the balance of my account and how many accounts I had with PNC. Will never use this branch again.

A volunteer group that I lead has an account here, that does not have much activity or much money in it. Despite that fact, the clerks/tellers and even one of the managers are always polite when we come in to take care of any necessary business. If they had a branch closer than one hour to my home, I would open a personal account too. I would advise local people to give them a try. Several other patrons I have met while in line are also friendly, each time I am there. Good place.

Tried their investment services over 3 years just to see how it would be and due to all the fees load and termination fees and the poor management of the fund (up 5% over 3 years)I'm withdrawing my money now. Their investment advice is self serving and detrimental to the customer.

Obnoxious clerk: went in for a replacment card, with my girlfriend, and the clerk asks me at the end of the interaction if I have any other questions. I politely tell her no thank you and begin to leave, when she decides to lecture me on the amount in my Growth account, and how 'I should have saved more there by now.' First of all, I save with a different bank that doesn't have piss-poor APY like PNC does, second of all, it's not a bank clerk's business how my savings are, and it's especially not her place to make that claim in front of the person I was with.
I will be cancelling my account with this bank this week. Terrible interest rates, and even worse customer service.
