It’s the same price as my vet. I’m not saving money.
For another shot vaccine we had one a week before I was charged again a wellness check??
It doesn’t make sense!!
Plus you feel rushed!!

This was my first experience with my dog having a urinary issue, and I turned to Vetco for what I thought would be a quick and convenient solution. They performed a blood test, a urine analysis, and prescribed antibiotics to “avoid an infection”. The following day, I received a call with the results, and the vet suggested an X-ray because my dog might have stones or crystals. The antibiotics that they prescribed; she said there is no use of her taking them because SHE DOES NOT have an infection. She brought up Addison's disease, recommending more blood tests because my dog had lost weight—weight she lost from being in pain, not from some life-threatening condition.
The vet even said, "I don’t want to sound mean, but I think it’s best to do the blood work now and wait a month for the X-ray, Addison's disease is a bigger issue." Meanwhile, she explained Addison's disease like my dog was on the verge of collapsing or having a stroke at any moment, which sent me into a complete panic. I tried to schedule the X-ray, but the staff had no idea what was going on. Pricing was inconsistent, and they were confused as to why my dog needed the X-ray—nothing was in her chart!
Fortunately, I found a real vet who helped. They told me to continue the antibiotics Vetco said to stop, and surprise: my dog has a UTI, which Vetco said she didn’t have and it was a major issue. (surgery)
Do yourself a favor—skip Vetco and go to a vet who knows what they’re doing. Save your time, and sanity.

I’ve been being my 13 1/3 year old Lab/Shepard mix here since they opened. She has received the absolute best care. Being an older girl she has urinary issues that they’ve managed perfectly. She also had major surgery at this location, they removed a large cancerous tumor from her groin area over a year ago. She healed beautifully and has thankfully been cancer free ever since. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other offices and they disclose everything that they are going to do prior to treatment so there are no surprises. The entire staff gets the highest praises from me and my fur baby.

Received a text cancelling my appointment last minute, with an offer of 20% off services for the inconvenience. Rescheduled my appointment at another location, and then they refused to honor the percentage off and put it on the customer to contact corporate rather than fixing it on their end. Vet and nurse were great, but unfortunately the organization from an administrative level is terrible. Will take my business elsewhere.

Took my dog on Saturday because he was peeing blood was told by the doctor his results for the urinalysis would be in on Monday. I waited until about 3pm no one had reached out so I call and then I’m told his results can only be told to me by the doctor that saw him that day and she wouldn’t be in until Thursday. So my dog has been peeing blood and clearly uncomfortable and now has to wait 4 more days for a diagnosis? Ridiculous and cruel protocol. Only gave it one star because the doctor and vet tech were actually great on the initial visit.
