Frank is an amazing help and an absolutely amazing person! He’s helped my mother purchase her mattress a year ago (which still feels like new) & he’s made the process of buying my bed a breeze today. “The Fairfield store has a newer customer service manager, Dominic De Palma who was a gentleman to deal with and effective at his job. He helped us with a sales situation we had and got it resolved quickly. The store personnel offered us options but in the end we decided we no longer wanted one of the ordered pieces and they refunded our money hassle free. The store sells quality products and the two sales people you should deal with are Lois and Rod, both honest and upfront about everything. Our furniture was built in the USA and came in earlier than expected.”
