Nice guy. Went there for a watch battery & a screw for back of watch which I couldn't find anywhere. He replaced battery & had a screw which I needed.
Will definitely go back & also recommend him.

My husband bought me a pair of beautiful opal and diamond 14kt gold earrings for our 50th anniversary and my 71st birthday combination gift. I didn’t care for the post so the jeweler made them into a Shepard hook instead and they are just beautiful. Thanks to them my birthday was wonderful. Am planning on a visit to their store again .

Have had great experiences in the past with this jeweler when working with the owner, who I assume is the older gentleman. This time i brought in a steel costume bracelet that i had purchased from my car dealership of all places. (an understated slide bracelet from bmw's jewelry line) It had a slide clasp, with a broken link, and needed a new stopper to be soldered on. I also provided the link that broke off and an end piece to be re-attached. The younger guy (likely the son) was rude from the start- first he told me i wouldn't like the price of fixing this bracelet (i thought assuming i wouldn't "want" to pay $18 to fix a $100 bracelet was rude -but i let it go, because they've been great in the past) -I said if it's too much (bc the links were TINY) that they didn't have to do it, but he agreed to do it. They kept my bracelet for over a month with no call back. I had to check on it multipletimes. When i picked it up he was again, rude and had attached the broken link I provided on the wrong side -so now it's uneven, but "fixed" i guess. If they couldn't do it I would have taken it to my regular jeweler who is much further away, but doesn't usually work on costume pieces. That KID needs to learn some manners, and general customer service etiquette when working with the public. I used to love this place but will not be back after that experience.

Best jewelers you could ask for. Before going to this shop I was always apprehensive getting any repairs done or purchase new jewelry simply because I felt I was always getting worked over. This place is amazing and make you feel like you are going to a relative.

Excellent Service and beautiful workmanship. I had my mother's rings sized to fit me and they did exceptional work. They made them look just like new. The staff are also very nice. Thank you Kataw Jewelers!?

Really friendly jewler. Fixed 2 slightly open rings on my medical ID bracelet. Plan to go back for custom-made replaca of 40 yr old wedding ring. Nice small local business. ?

Took a Bulova watch in for repair.The parts were very hard to find as it's a discontinued movement. He spent many weeks trying to find obsolete parts. Finally part was found and repair was done quickly ! Even with this huge investment of time repair cost stayed the same !!! Have had other good experiences with them too !!! My watch is back and running great!!! I definitely recommend!!!

I have taken a few watches and clocks to Kataw jewelers and their prices are fair and they are honest and do great work. Work is done on the premises and they get very busy. If it is a simple fix it is repaired quickly, if more intricate you have to give them time
