“Great! Nice selection and even though it was busy you can be in and out, if you want to be. This is the only store that actually has every single register open and I cannot explain how wonderful that is. They are so quick, so friendly, you could tell the staff has fun with each other which really translates through their customer service.”

“I had the most amazing experience today at Trader Joe’s in Danville. I was just shopping for basic stuff for myself and my husband. The employee at the register asked me if I was shopping for a party ,and I just simply smiled and said “no.” I’m just going to spend some time with my husband, he has cancer. I picked up a white orchid to bring some life into our Home. My husband loves orchids. During the check out, the clerk just looked at me and she asked “does your husband like orchids ?”and I said “yes”. The clerk looked at me and said “this is on us. We wish you a happy new year.”
It was an amazing experience,
to finish our year with such a kind gesture. She was very kind and caring.

“We are regular customers here, we really like this store. We buy meat halal here, it is the best in our state. It is always fresh, you can ask to cut it as needed or make mince from the selected piece, they will do everything as you like and as you want. There is also a bakery , there are desserts, cakes, bread. You can buy freshly ground coffee and also drink it inexpensively. There is a vegetables and fruits , dried fruits, nuts. A wide variety of goods . There are household chemicals from Turkey. Mostly Turkish goods here. There is its own parking”

As a person who grew up in the south and moved to NJ recently, I have greatly missed general politeness that is much less prevalent in NJ and the northeast. “Margaret in customer service was extremely kind and helpful. She explained to us in a very patient manner that returns would have to be facilitated in the morning once the Kiosk was full. The man in front of me was angry about the return situation and wasn't very respectful about it either, when he found out the returns kiosk gave bad information, but Margaret was a top notch professional. Gabriella was also very professional and helpful at the customer service desk.
It seems as though Amazon tries to save a couple hours of pay, and act as if they are a completely separated entity from Whole foods. I'm sure dozens of customers come in wanting to do evening retuns, and are dissatisfied to see no help and and full kiosk that says to get a whole foods employee, an employee with no way to empty the kiosk that then gets yelled at by an angry customer.
Jeff Bezos, you should not allow your company to be so greedy as to allow this type of miss in the customer experience, while exposing your employees to unwarranted hostility from the general public. What if a customer really snaps one day and hurts an employee? Therefore I will have to seriously consider cancelling my Prime membership, and I encourage others to do the same.

“My husband ordered 10lb beef and we went to pick it up yesterday. The owner was so nice..he prepared fresh excellent beef for us..we are super happy and grateful for such great meat and service! It was nice to see that he had all sorts of meat options that we instantly bought some fresh chicken as well. “I cannot say enough good things about my store at Denville New Jersey.
I am now using pickup which is extremely efficient, fast service, and always accurate.
When I leave special instructions they are followed to the letter. When I get there they come out with my order in less time then it would take me to stand in a self-help line.
They continue to find ways for me to save money. The newest one is I can reuse my bags so there is no back fee for pickup tomorrow before that I get 5% off for the special scheduled and save list. I used to be ShopRite all the way but I just saved too much money with acme. I love this store”

“I used deli and bakery departments for small party of 50 I was hosting. The bakery made a cake with photo of the card on top. The person doing it took the time to make sure it fit nicely of the cake. Everyone loved it and kept asking where I got the cake.Then I had wraps, sandwiches and chicken tenders from deli. Every thing was ready when I picked it up, packed nicely and most importantly everyone enjoy the food! Again people asked where the food was from. The staff at this store are always very helpful and friendly. We shop there for our everyday food. Fruit and veggies are always good.”
