10/10. Great communication, wonderful employees, considerate of my time, and went above & beyond what I could have expected. My car was damaged from a wayward barrel that collided with my vehicle. Repairs were done faster than expected and my car hasn't looked this pristine since I drove it off the lot brand new. HIGHLY recommend. I will *only!* recommend this auto shop for repairs.

My only regret is not bringing my car here for prior repairs. I got my car back better than I left it. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I got my car back earlier than the estimated date and they assisted me with getting my rental. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car (Which I was not expecting because I've been to a couple of other auto repair shops and neither of them did that) nicer then a lot of car wash places. I would give this place 10 stars. i hope they never change.

We recently had to take our car in for some minor body work after a fender bender. After doing a little online research, I decided on V&F Auto Body in Keyport. I don't usually write reviews, but because of the outstanding quality of work and exceptional customer service that we received from these folks, I wanted to write at least a few sentences. We truly appreciated the stellar service we received from beginning to end, as well as the attention to detail in their work. I highly recommend V&F Auto Body. Fender benders and accidents can be stressful and emotional. You don't need the added stress of trying to find the right auto body place. Look no further than V&F... they will take very good care of you.

I had to have my truck repaired after some damage from a storm. I used V&F because they were local. The guys here are not the typical rude gearheads. They are nice as can be and kept me in the loop about my repair. (shoutout to Frank who is such a good dude) Terri behind the front desk is always great to deal with. They are quick to reply to emails and phonecalls. They kept me informed about any issues and delays that popped up and the truck was ready when they said it would be.
And of course, the body work was impeccable. My truck looked like it just rolled off the lot. Thanks guys!!

I am an older guy with some auto body repair experience, so I can see less than perfection. I see flaws all over the road as I drive. Over the years I have had numerous cars repaired at various auto body repair facilities. Many were good, but I have to rate V & F number 1. First and foremost, the results were spectacular. On my 2020 charcoal colored Lexus, all the seams were aligned. Patina was perfect. Metal flake matched exactly. Car was like new. Second, their communication regarding the status of my vehicle was the best in my experience. Third, they were very accommodating regarding the scheduling. I have a prized collector car I plan to entrust to them next. I see they have a 5 star rating already. Add me to the list. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
