I had an amazing experience working with Rob. The whole process was extremely simple and got me out with my new truck faster than I’ve experienced at any other dealer. He was very respectful and helpful during the whole process. Definitely made a great impression and I will be recommending Tom’s Ford to anyone in the market for a Ford.

I actually give them 0 stars for horrible customer service from the service department. Craig from the service department was absolutely terrible. Never returned any phone calls to keep us updated on our explorer which was waiting there for parts that I guess never came. It’s been over a year and something shady is definitely going on there.Beware! My lawyer will be contacting them since they basically have my explorer and have no intention of giving it back.

I was looking to get an SUV and was undecided between an Explorer or Expedition. I needed a vehicle which would allow me the ability to tow a trailer as well as keep my family comfortable on long road trips. Bobby took the time to show me the capabilities of each vehicle as well as the differences in the trim levels. I ultimately purchased an Expedition. The purchase process was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely purchase a vehicle from Tom's Ford again.

Rod is such an amazing friend and salesman. He makes the entire process easy and seamless. Armann in finance was amazing too! This is my 5th vehicle from Rod and Tom’s ford. I’ll be back when the time comes for another vehicle
