“This is a bomb ass store with so many accesories for a man to purchase his lady. They also had stuff here for men too, that had surprised me a little bit. We walked around and checked it out since it was our first time here. Nice clothes and gear for children and adults. Nice surrounding shopping center with other great places. I found a whole bunch of stuff I like to make at home on a daily basis. Pretty incredible here. Good customer service. I will come back again on my next trip.”

Lots of restaurants and parking available .. it was just very pricey though .!! They have discounts but the original price was so much that even after discount it was expensive . Good colors . Liked it but pricey .”

“Anna is the definition of customer service! She helped me find a jersey that I needed and went out of her way to see if a different Urban Outfitters had it in their store. I ended up driving to the other Urban and picking up the jersey which probably would have been sold out there unless Anna hadn’t called them to keep on hold for me. “One of the better retail customer service experiences I've had in a really long time. I was going to a wedding and realized I forgot to pack my suit (~4hrs away). I called the store when they opened and spoke with Kathy. Incredibly friendly. She took down my measurements and notes about what I was looking for. When I arrived that afternoon, Suzanne had two suit options set aside for me to try on. Good mix of some sale items as well as some full priced items. I did not feel like I was upsold or pressured to buy either options. They definitely made note of what I was in the market for from my call. I left with a well fitted option that was perfect for the wedding. I was also surprised that a few of the items they selected were on sale in-store but full priced online. So I saved a good ~$200 less than I expected.”
