I dropped off my RX 350 last week with a banged up front bumper and cracked grill. I picked it up today and it looks brand new again, thanks to their incredible work. I’m blown away by their level of customer service, expertise, quality of work, how quickly they were able to order and get the parts from the manufacturer, and get the job done so professionally, in such a timely manner. From beginning to end, they handled everything, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Bonus convenience, there’s an Enterprise car rental directly next door if you need a rental while your car is in the shop. I can’t recommend Aberdeen Auto Collision enough! Thank you, Alex & company. Dennis & his team always knows how to guide you in the right direction when it comes to repairs and maintenance. He didn’t know me from a hole in the wall but he still treated me with respect & honesty. He tells you how it is because he knows what he’s doing & has been doing this for many years and is an Experienced Professional. I can’t thank him enough for the help with my car. It looks and feels like better than new. I feel secure with his advice on preventing issues & maintenance. He’s saved me so much in repairs by being honest & taking care of my car the right way. “Had my 86 cabover Pete painted here..it had alot of body work that needed fixing. when I went to pick it up we noticed a few issues in the paint... without hesitation they brought the truck back into the shop a completely repainted the entire cab..They are honest and very fair with there price..oh ya as far as the body work they did much more than I was expecting...I asked to have pictures of the work performed and they did..This is my first time doing business with these guys and I would definitely hope that others give them a try..They quoted me a price and stuck to it..very impressed”
