Absolute scam on reward's points. Tried to redeem points ordered a whole pizza. Employee scanned barcode on phone to redeem pizza, lost over 4,000 points with no way to redeem reward. Employee told me there's nothing he can do. Called the number on the back of the card it took two weeks to receive a callback, they bounce you around until you hang up, phone options are useless. You won't reach anyone. Reward's program is a scam when you attempt to use them.

I went to take advantage of their cup "bring your own cup promotion and when my gallon jug was to big for their liking I tried to crush the top a bit to make it fit in the hole. Well I made a bit of a mess, but before I could offer anything both of the tellers began yelling at me and telling me off. A fellow customer witnessed this and came to my defense scolding them for berating a customer. They began yelling at him too even threatening to call the police. I have never been so embarrassed at a store. I know I made a mistake but they turn that whole situation into an absolute clusterfuck. I will never give this 7/11 my business again and will be telling everyone I know to steer clear as well. There is a perfectly good convenience store right across the street and I bet they won't yell at me if I accidently make a mess.
