When I started to look into BMW, I fell in love with X1 X Drive 28i. I found BMW of Roxbury and was helped by Toran Stevens. He guide me along the way until I found the car I wanted. Toran was was great!!

I initially inquired online about an in stock vehicle and was connected directly with Wayne DelVecchio from Sales. I ultimately decided to build a custom vehicle and Wayne was fantastic to work with - he was transparent, played no games, and provided easy and regular communication throughout the build, ordering, and delivery process. Absolutely love BMW of Roxbury! This is our 7th leased car from this location; we worked with Jerry Solomon for the first five cars. Jerry then introduced us to Ramon Guadalupe for our two most recent cars. We have nothing but high praises for Jerry and Ramon as well as Gregory who helps familiarize you with the technology side of the vehicle as they are always updating and adding in new features. The transition has been very smooth and between my mother's 2024 5 series and this 2025 3 series we are very pleased and have had nothing but great experiences with the Open Road Auto Group. What a great experience that I just had with Geraldina Posada at BMW Roxbury service! She is very professional, up-beat, knowledgable, upfront with pricing, and always provides excellent customer service!! I had planned errands and she helped me out with a loaner and made me feel at ease. BMW Roxbury is like family when you are dealing with Geraldina in service, Nick in sales, and Andres in finance.

From start to finish Ramon and Bianca made the entire car buying process stress-free and simple. Amazing experience with Ramon Guadalupe! He sold my mom an X5 Edition. As Spanish speaking individuals, we were able to communicate with him perfectly what we wanted, and was able to give us an amazing deal! Especially by him providing us a good deal for the rugs/carpets needed for the car. I highly recommend this dealership in Roxbury, and especially making a deal with Ramon. You won’t be disappointed! Just a suggestion...turn the TV in the waiting area to neutral programing instead of showing a TV channel which strongly favors one party, not everyone agrees with the views presented there and maybe doesn't want to sit here waiting for over an hour listening to them

Had a great experience buying my 2024 BMW X1 M35 at BMW of Roxbury. Wayne was one of the best salespersons I’ve ever dealt with. He was straight forward, honest, knowledgeable and very responsive. For me it was great that everything was done over text and I didn’t really need to come into office to deal with awkward conversation with several managers about pricing. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
