Bad attention, we all know that immigrants come afraid of getting into trouble, that's why we work with the middle name and the middle surname, but it seems that those at the bank are not interested in that and quite the opposite of speaking calmly and with a tone appropriate so as not to make the client uncomfortable, they speak with a very loud voice as if they wanted everyone to know that I am an immigrant, terrible, I will close my account these days. And I will move to another bank, one that understands people's needs, or that at least speaks to you correctly and not in a haughty tone.

I called yesterday the lady name Ales told me by phone I have to wait 48 hours to go to exchange my dollar in euros. I told her you don’t need my name or information she said no! Coming direct to the teller. Now they said I need to coming in person to ask euros and they give me appointment. Unbelievable I made reservations in hotels in Europe, I purchased the tickets everything by phone, but this lady the name Ales has the worst customer service don’t give me the correct answer or advice. Unbelievable!

Horrible service, slow and inefficient drive thru, they did not accept my cash deposit due to my drive license being from Nevada, chase bank is more efficient

Very outdated branch, the drive thru has no ATM. Very inconvenient setup. They should consider remodeling immediately.

I hate this location, whenever I go there’s one teller helping and takes forever to get helped. Very unfortunate because I live close by but have to go to a further location to get helped. GET MORE WORKERS!

Worst bank ever I will be switching banks as soon as I can. I tried to goto the bank yesterday because my card was stolen to try to get money out of it for my Christmas shopping. Both bankers were on lunch at the same time and the teller said "im not sure when they will be back" Tried to go again today and missed the closing of the bank by 1 minuet. I couldn't make it there any earlier which I understand was my fault, but 1 minuet actually 1 minuet after they close they would not let me in or use the drive thru. The only day I have left to go Christmas shopping. At my job even after closing we will help people who need it. So disappointed with this bank. I've waited on hold for 45 minuets for them to tell me theres nothing they can do. 100% switching banks after this. Horrible customer service.

Typical Wells Fargo. Plenty of helpful tellers ready to assist you with your banking needs. Parking lot is located in the back. ATM is located in the front of the building.

Will be going to another Wells Fargo. The one in Kenilworth is extremely unprofessional. Jasmine, one of the tellers, has major attitude problems. She's not very nice and twice she was staring at me. I tried to discuss with the manager, Sadea, who said, "She gave me a different story." What "different story"? I came to cash a check. Why is that an issue? I don't have these sorts of problems at the other Wells Fargo Banks -- not in Union, or Totowa, or Scotch Plains. SHAME ON WELLS FARGO in KENILWORTH, NEW JERSEY!

This is an update from a review I wrote on Google three months ago (see below) before Covid.Since Covid, I've been using the drive through. There's one teller in particular, doesn't like me for whatever reason, Jasmine; so, naturally I don't like her either. She's always snippy with me and often STARE at me like a weirdo. Once again, major attitude problems. I feel extremely uncomfortable going to this bank because of her. I tried complaining to a manager, Sadea, but only got lip service. The second time I complained to Sadea, she took the side of Jasmine, saying, "She told me a different story."What's the different story? I wanted to cash a check. How hard is that?! Jasmine, you are a LIAR! Moving forward, I will use Wells Fargos at other locations instead, like Totowa or Scotch Plains where the tellers are more professional. Review I wrote on Google three months ago. Wells Fargo Bank, as a whole, I love. If you lose your card, they replace it immediately. Before they had chips on the cards, I was hacked twice, but they replaced my money fast. This particular branch, I am not crazy about. I do have a few favorite tellers and managers, but others are weird and miserable. For example, you smile at them and they look angry at you. One teller was staring me down the other day. What weirdos! I do not know why they are working there. I guess if you go there, you'll know who I'm talking about right away. It's pretty obvious who the nice ones are and who the jerks are -- and the jerks ruin it for everyone. Years ago everyone here was nice, now I dread using this bank. Other towns I've used Wells Fargo that are friendlier include: Scotch Plains, Totowa, and Union. But, like I said, all in all, it's a good bank.
